You can use CourtBase HQ without allowing analytics. We do not currently use advertising or personalization tracking.
1. What “Cookies And Storage” Means
Your browser can save small pieces of information for a website. Some are necessary to provide features you request. Others are optional and are used only after you make a choice.
2. What Is Necessary
The following storage supports services you request and cannot be switched off through our privacy controls:
- Sign-in and account security keep facility operators and staff signed in and protect their accounts.
- Spam and abuse protection helps protect contact, sign-in, recovery, and booking forms. Cloudflare provides these security checks.
- Booking and interface storage remembers short-lived information needed to complete a requested task or keep the interface usable.
- Your privacy choice remembers whether you allowed analytics so we can respect your decision.
3. What Optional Analytics Does
If you choose Allow, CourtBase HQ uses PostHog to count page visits, understand which parts of the service are used, and learn when a browser error occurs. Signed-in activity uses a random internal identifier instead of your name.
We do not record your screen or automatically copy clicks, typed text, or form values. We do not send player names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment references, receipt files, staff notes, support messages, or cancellation explanations to PostHog.
Analytics stays off until you allow it.
4. How Long Information Is Kept
Your analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear the site’s stored data. If you allow analytics, PostHog keeps a random browser identifier and analytics settings for up to one year. CourtBase HQ keeps detailed pilot analytics for no more than 90 days. After that, we may keep summary totals that do not identify an individual.
5. Change Your Choice
Use Privacy Choices in a CourtBase HQ site footer to allow analytics, choose necessary storage only, or withdraw an earlier choice. Choosing Necessary Only stops future analytics and clears its active browser identifier.
Analytics is our only optional category, so separate category checkboxes would not provide another meaningful choice. If we add advertising, personalization, or another optional purpose later, we will update these controls before using it.
6. Club Websites
This platform cookie policy also applies to public club websites and booking pages powered by CourtBase HQ, including club subdomains and configured custom domains. A club’s separate privacy policy explains how that club handles booking and player information.
